Third tender for sale of Leskovac-based "Jugexpress"

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced today (September 24, 2008) the third tender for sale of bus transportation company "Jugexpress putnički saobraćaj" from Leskovac.

All interested buyers can purchase tender documentation prior to November 3rd, and the deadline for submission of obligatory bids, with the guarantee worth 50,000 EUR, is November 21st.

All the companies that have been in bus transportation business during the last three years and registered incomes of minimum 3m EUR in 2007, as well as investment companies that exist for minimum three years and had minimum 20m EUR worth of assets or 4m EUR worth of incomes in 2007, can apply for the tender.

"Jugexpress" has about 250 workers and 70 registered vehicles, 45 of which are in order.

The company ended last year with the losses worth about 136m RSD, 80% more than in 2006. This company owns bus stations in Lebane, Brestovac, Vlasotince and Bojnik, at total surface of 11,078 square meters.
