Vršac-based Brewer sold to Belgrade-based company Unionmarket for €5,000

Vršac-based Brewer has been sold to Belgrade-based company Unionmarket for €5,000. The buyer obliged to invest €110,000 in investment program and accepted minimal obligations from the social program without any conditions.

Company Unionmarket from Belgrade was the only bidder on public tender for procurement of assets of Vršac’s Brewer, which was announced on December 30, 2004. The contract on sale of Vršac-based Brewer was signed on Friday, August 12.
