Gosa goes into bankruptcy

The Commercial Court of Pozarevac has initiated bankruptcy proceedings in Fabrika Sinskih Vozila Gosa in Smederevska Palanka, and Aca Micic from Zagubica has been appointed bankruptcy trustee.

The bankruptcy proceedings were initiated by the Zemun-based company Capital Consulting 2017 over the claims of EUR 400,000.

The first creditors' hearing is scheduled for December 27 and all potential creditors owed by Gosa have 90 days to apply.
