How much is property of Belgrade Land Development Public Agency worth?

The City of Belgrade is seeking a valuer of the property and the capital of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency on the date of January 1, 2017.

The biggest part of the property subject to valuation, by category, consists of: 657 apartments with the total book value of RSD 3.9 billion; 228 office spaces (RSD 1.2 billion); garages, garage pits, garage and parking spaces (RSD 505 million, 593 units); water supply infrastructure in construction (RSD 4.7 billion, 49 locations); land undergoing acquisition and preparation process (RSD 6 billion, 124 locations); 184 structures, commercial buildings and other facilities in construction (RSD 16.1 billion) and traffic structures in construction (RSD 48.5 billion, 254 facilities).

Reporting will be carried out in line with the said groups of property by submitting draft reports, followed by reports.

The purpose of the public invitation, as said in the documentation, is a fair valuation of property, , valuation and transfer of property subject to delineation of rights with the City of Belgrade (in line with the Law on Public Property), and subsequent valuation of the founding capital of the City of Belgrade in the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency on the date of December 31, 2017, which is to be entered in the records of the Business Registers Agency.

The valuation of the property and the capital of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency will be carried out in line with the International Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS/IFRS) and the International Valuation Standards (IVS), as well as the requirement defined by the procedure of harmonization with the Law on Public Property.

The bid submission deadline is December 14.
