Amendments to Law on Foreign Exchange Operations soon

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic announced on November 13 that amendments to the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations should be put before the parliament before the end of the year.

Brnabic said that amendments to the law were important for implementing e-commerce in Serbia.

– We are also preparing the Law on Investment Funds, amendments to the Law on Commerce, and we have prepared the Law on e-Government, which is currently being calibrated within the Government – Brnabic said at the Investment, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum within the Belgrade Venture Forum.

The prime minister said that “the entire legal framework needs to be sorted out finally”.
