Brk & Partner buys parcel in industrial zone in Plandiste – Construction of pre-fab house components planned

The company Brk & Partner bought a parcel in the Industrial Zone West in Plandiste, the Juzni Banat portal reports.

This business entity from Ivanjica is the only company to respond to the public invitation and offer a price of RSD 1.5 million for 1.5 hectares. Their aim is to build a facility for production and marketing of components for pre-fabricated houses. The plan is to initially employ 10 workers, whereas the number would later increase to up to 30, depending on the development and the operations.

The pre-contract should be signed towards the end of next week.

Industrial Zone West Plandiste takes up 61,399 m2 and is fully equipped with infrastructure. It has four parcels offered for expropriation or assignment to future investors.
