Contract signed on sale of "Kolubara univerzal" to Hungarians

Privatization Agency announced on September 17 that it had signed the contract on sale of 70% of company "Kolubara Univerzal" from Veliki Crljeni with Hungarian company "ContiTech Rubber Industrial Kft". The guarantees in this transaction are companies "IMAS S.A" from Greece and "Conti Tech Aktiengesellschaft" from Germany.

According to the contract, the purchase price is 11m EUR, the investment program is worth 4m EUR, while the buyer also accepted minimum obligations from the social program.

The only bid for purchase of 70% of capital of this company was submitted by company "IMAS". The bid was opened at the first meeting of the Tender Commission on April 11, while the proposal of the Privatization Agency was accepted and the decision about commencement of negotiations with the only bidder on tender made at the second meeting of the commission.

At the third meeting of the Tender commission, on August 18, the Tender commission accepted the proposal of the Negotiation commission and made the decision to sign the contract on sale of capital of "Kolubara univerzal".
