Package of stocks of Zrenjanin-based "Inženjering promet" on Belgrade's Stock Exchange on September 24

The Share Fund of Serbia has announced that the package of 70.42% of stocks of Sales mediation company "Inženjering promet" from Zrenjanin will be offered for sale on the stock exchange on September 24 at the starting price of about 50,000 RSD.

Total of 50 stocks of "Inženjering promet" owned by the Share Fund will be offered for sale on the auction at the price of 1,000 RSD per stock.

Zrenjanin-based "Inženjering promet" deals with mediation in sale of various products and, according to the Business Registry Agency, it ended year 2007 with the loss amounting to 340,000 RSD.
