"Zvezda film" at auction on October, 17th - "Arena" movie theatre will be excepted

Agency for privatization of Serbia announced that on October, 17th, it would offer on sale a company for movie screenings, "Zvezda film", from Novi sad, for the starting price of 151,7 millions RSD.

Deadline for submission of applications is October, 9th, and deposit for participation is 75,8 millions RSD.

Estimated capital value is 948,1 millions RSD, and the future owner is obliged to invest at least 7,5 millions RSD.

The most important property is office space in Mihajlo Pupin St., Novi Sad, "Jadran" and "Rex" movie theatres as well as cultural center building, while "Arena" movie theatre is excepted from privatization.

"Zvezda film" had made 32,4 millions RSD of profit in the last year, while it had expenses of 48,8 millions RSD.

The company has 42 employees.
