Third tender for the Industry of glass Pancevo also failed?

Uncertain situation about the survival of the Pancevo based Industry of glass, once leading flat glass manufacturer in the Balknas, is continued.

A Greek company, „YIOULA Glassworks“, which was the only bidder on the third tender for the purchase of 100% of the capital owned by the Industry of glass, is going to give up from the purchase, as it seems.

This can be concluded after the letter arriving from Greece, in which they express their regrets that everything would end this way, and that all of it failed.

The Greek company used to offer one million EUR and another 30 million EUR as investments.

The only remaining thing is that this third tender should be pronounced failed.

Pancevo people are hoping that another, 4th tender or auction would be published, as there are several domestic and foreign companies interested in the Industry of glass.
