Stocks of "Zavarovalnica Triglav" on Ljubljana Stock Exchange starting from September 9th

The stocks of "Zavarovalnica Triglav" will be ranked on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange starting from today (September 9, 2008).

- It is very important event for the Ljubljana Stock Exchange because the stocks of "Zavarovalnica Triglav" will contribute to making of better offer of high-quality securities on the stock exchange. Importance of the organized capital market will also be increased.

- By entering the stock exchange, "Zavarovalnica Triglav" promised to respect high standards of reporting that are in effect for public stock companies. From now on, the operations of the insurance company will be the subject of the direct appraisal by local and foreign participants in the capital market. Judging by great number of investors in the ownership structure of "Zavarovalnica Triglav", we expect that these stocks will be among the best-selling stocks on the stock exchange - said Marko Simoneti, President of the Administration of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

President of the Administration of "Zavarovalnica Triglav", Andrej Kocič, pointed out that the commencement of ranking on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange was exceptionally important for improvement of the company's reputation in both local and foreign market.
