Sale of IMR still uncertain - fourth deadline for submission of bids expired, no official information on possible buyers

- Deadline for submission of bids for purchase of Industry of Engines Rakovica (IMR) will not be extended again - said people from the Privatization Agency today (September 8, 2008).

Tender for sale of 90% of capital of IMR was closed on Friday, September 5th, when the deadline for submission of bids, which was extended four times, expired.

People in the Privatization Agency and in IMR did not want to say whether any bid was submitted prior to the expiration of the deadline and explained that it was something that the Tender commission would do.
