Package of stocks of Valjevo-based "Jablanica" on stock exchange on September 18

As the Share Fund of Serbia announced, the majority package of 65.44% of stocks of building company "Jablanica" from Valjevo will be offered for sale on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on September 18 at the starting price of 6.2m RSD.

Total of 123,820 stocks of "Jablanica", owned by the Share Fund, will be offered for sale at the price of 50 RSD per stock.

According to the data provided by the Belgrade Stock Exchange, Valjevo-based "Jablanica" deals with construction works and there has been no trading in its stocks, which entered the stock exchange on September 24, 2007.

According to the data of the Business Registry Agency, "Jablanica" ended year 2007 with the loss amounting to 138m RSD.
