New housing project on Vračar - 7 new building lots for luxurious apartments

The parcel between Franca Rozmana, Generala Rajevskog, Riječke and Dragana Pavlovića Streets on Vračar will be used for construction of the housing block. The parcel will be divided into 7 smaller building lots for construction fo buildings with ground floors and 4 floors and 3 building lots for construction of individual houses with ground floor and 2 floors. The parking problem will be solved by construction of separate parking lot for each building.
