Representatives of company "Grundfos" in visit to Vojvodina - interested in opening factory unit

Representatives of Danish company for production of industrial pumps "Grundfos" have spoken today (September 4, 2008) to the President of the Executive Council of Vojvodina, Bojan Pajtić, and expressed interest in opening a factory unit in Vojvodina.

According to the announcement of the Provincial Secretariat for Information, Pajtić said on that occasion that Vojvodina was the most developed region in Serbia and, judging by the conditions that ensure successful operations, very attractive region for investments.

Pajtić said that he hoped that "Grundfos" would decide to have its unit built in Vojvodina and he offered all the assistance in realization of such decision.

It is stated in the announcement that "Grundfos" is one of the world's leading manufacturers of pumps with annual production of over 10m pumping units and that it covers approximately 50% of the world market.

Circular, soaked and centrifugal pumps are the three most important groups of products. In addition, "Grundfos" also produces electric motors for pumps and has significant production of electric motors that are sold separately.
