The Israeli stopped investment in "Rivijera" in Njivice, next year – renovation of villas "Stela" and "Venera"

Some ten kilometers away from Herceg Novi, in Njivice, there is hotel «Rivijera» - the complex made of 4 villas on about 30,000 square meters of park. Two years ago Israeli company «RM – DR Klub hotel Rivijera» became owner of this hotel. Recently, on the occasion of competition for blue flag, which is awarded for organization of the beach, «Rivijera» obtained certificate for «the cleanest sea» in the area.

Investment in «Rivijera» is paused because geoseismic researches showed that there is a landslide in this area and that must be fixed before the continuation of the works.

Villas «Stela» and «Venera» will be renovated and get annexes next summer, as well as swimming pool with jakuzzi, congress hall...

Next summer the complex will have capacity of 190 beds, whereas in the third phase, prior to 2007, complete renovation will be finished and its capacity will be 600 guests. The general intention is that the season be extended to period of 6 months.
