The Seventh Belgrade Security Forum, called “Building a Common Future in the Age of Uncertainty” will be held from October 11 through 13, the organizer says in a press release.

The three-day conference will encompass 21 discussions with over 120 speakers and 700 participants.

The speakers at the gathering include Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic, Director-General for Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations at the European Commission Christian Danielsson, Deputy Secretary General of NATO Rose Gottemoeller, ministers of foreign affairs of Serbia and B&H and other prominent names from the regional and the international political and diplomatic scene, as well as promising researchers.

The central topics of the gathering will be the future of the European Union and the European perspective of the Balkans, responses to the growing inequality and the increasingly more present populism.

The forum will traditionally open with an academic event called “The European Union as a Global Crisis Manager”.
