German "Reum" started construction of factory for automobile parts in Svilajnac - investment worth 10m EUR

German company "Reum" has started construction of factory for automobile parts in Svilajnac, worth 10m EUR.

Surface of the factory that will be producing plastic parts for air-conditioning systems in automobiles will be 9,000 square meters and it will employ 325 workers from the territory of Municipality of Svilajnac.

The parts will be exported to Germany and countries of European Union, and German partner also intends to establish cooperation with Fiat that should start production in Kragujevac-based Zastava soon.

Municipality of Svilajnac allotted 5 ha of land with complete infrastructure to the German company for free.
