Results of appraisal of NIS' capital at end of week

Audit company "Deloitte&Touche" should finish and announce the results of the appraisal of capital of "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" (NIS) by the end of this week. As it is explained, the information on appraisal of capital should be officially announced.

The President of the Unique trade union organization of NIS, Goran Takić, said that he also had information that the results of the appraisal of capital should be announced prior to Friday.

- As far as I know, the deadline for completion of appraisal by "Deloitte&Touche" is September 1st, but I have also heard that the results will be announced by Friday - said he.

The Agency announced the invitation that attracted the world's four largest audit company - "PriceWaterhouseCoopers", "Ernest&Jung", "KPMG" and "Deloitte&Touche", the last of which gave the best offer.
