"EastEuro Link" will organize the 5th real estate conference in Bucharest on September 26. This time, the main focus will be on the region of southeast Europe.

While the investments in real estate market at global level show signs of fall in the first quarter of year 2008 , the investments in southeast Europe are growing. The focus of investors' interest has been moved to this part of Europe and total amount of investments realized in the first three months of this year reached 3 billion EUR.
