Jagodina’s Brewer sold to company Pan beer

Tender Commission has made the decision on sale of majority share of assets of the Jagodina Brewer to the Novi Sad Pan Beer. Pan Beer offered price of €0.08 for one stock of the brewer, or about €80,000 for 52% of the assets offered for sale. The Brewer from Novi Sad offered to invest €4.5m and pay severance pays of €200 per year of work. On the referendum, the employees of Jagodina Brewer were against the sale of the factory to Pan Beer and they demanded price of €10 per stock and realization of €11.5m worth of investments within next two years.
