Holding company "MK group", owned by Miodrag Kostić, announced that it wanted to take over 4.11% of stocks of the Pančevo food company "Granexport" and become the owner of 100% of that manufacturer of food, drinks and tobacco.

The offer for takeover of stocks of "Granexport", of which market capitalization is worth 1.16 billion RSD, will be announced by "MK group" after it gets permit from the Securities Commission.
