Biggest global kindergarten chain arrives to Serbia – France's Crechinter co-owner of Pre-School Institution Tresnjober

(Matthieu Devergne and Jelena Krstovic) The biggest kindergarten chain in Europe, France's Crechinter, has become co-owner of the Pre-School Institution Tresnjober from Belgrade, by which the first strategic partnership has been established in Serbia in the pre-school education system, Tresnjober announced.
This pre-school institution thereby became the only one in Serbia to fully meet all the highest standards of the European Union and the European practice implemented by Crechinter, while at the same time carrying out the national program.
The agreement on the strategic partnership entails the opening of new Tresnjober kindergartens, both in Belgrade and throughout Serbia, innovations in activities, as well as an exchange of experiences between Serbian teachers and their colleagues from France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg, where Crechinter operates.
– As soon as late 2017 and early 2018, several new kindergartens should open, and the Tresnjober program will be additionally enhanced in line with the latest international achievements in the field of neurosciences and children's pedagogy – stated Jelena Krstovic, head of the Managing Board of Tresnjober.
– Tresnjober will remain a Serbian kindergarten, directly supported by the international practice and European standards, and we are ready to implement the latest knowledge in our further activities.
Matthieu Devergne, Crechinter director for Europe, said that he was very pleased that the chain would enter the Serbian market, having developed throughout Europe.
– We believe that Tresnjober is our true partner, as we share the same dedication, standards and loyalty, as well as the desire to make quality pre-school education available to as many children as possible. This partnership will considerably improve and modernize private pre-school education in Serbia and be a sustainable partner in the reform of the pre-school system in the upcoming years – Devergne stated.
Tresnjober was founded in 2001 and is one of the first and the biggest pre-school institutions in the country. It is active in three locations in Belgrade – in Vracar, Zvezdara and Altina. It brings together 350 children and has more than 50 employees in its team.
Crechinter will end 2017 with sales revenues of EUR 100 million through 160 kindergartens, with 4,300 children in France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
SIS Group, of which Crechinter is a member, operates in the fields of real estate development, homes for the elderly, medical centers and kindergartens, as well as viticulture and hospitality. Its real estate portfolio is currently worth around EUR 400 million.
