"Holcim" and "Brikel" to compete for Sombor-based company "Kamenko Gagrčin"

- Companies "Holcim - Srbija" and "Brikel" from Bulgaria have qualified with their bids on the tender for sale of 70% of public capital in Sombor-based company "Kamenko Gagrčin" - Privatization Agency announced.

Financial and legal advisers of the Privatization Agency will evaluate the bids and present them to the Tender Committee within 30 days from the day the bids are opened. That will be followed by official announcement of the results.

Three bids were submitted on the tender, two of which by "Holcim" from Popovac and Bulgarian "Brikel", which met the conditions, and one by the consortium made of Building company "Napred", "Hidro-Baza" from Belgrade and "Karin Komerc MD" from Šid, but their bid did not meet the terms.

Stock company "Kamenko Gagrčin" is registered for transportation by water and trade.
