The stocks of Novi Sad-based Metals Banka have been included today (August 26, 2008) in A list of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Starting price of the stocks of Metals Banka in the first trading on A list is 29,600 RSD, which is the price registered at the end of trading on Monday, August 25. The price of stocks of Metals Banka was decreased in yesterday's trading by 0.78%.

Total of 341,355 stocks of Metals Banka, of which market value is about 10 billion RSD or about 130m EUR, entered the primary market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.


According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, the largest stockholder of Metals Banka is insurance company DDOR "Novi Sad" with 15.16% of capital, while the second largest is Slovenian insurance company "Triglav" with 5% of stocks.

Metals Banka is the fourth company that is listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, after "Tigar", "Energoprojekt" and "Sojaprotein".

The stocks of Metals Banka were included in the trading on Stock Exchange on December 20, 2006, and the trading method was changed into continuous method on December 25, 2006.

The stocks of that bank reached the highest price of 68,979 RSD in April 2007.
