Meat-packing industry "Matijević" from Novi Sad has offered the price of 275 RSD per stock today (August 25, 2008) for takeover of total of 71,457 stocks, that is, 42.83% of capital of Zrenjanin-based "Tekstilpromet".

According to the ad published by the Novi Sad company in today's "Politika", the bid for takeover of "Tekstilpromet" will be in effect prior to September 15.

Meat-packing industry "Matijević" already owns 24.98% of stocks of "Tekstilpromet". Together with its partners, this company owns 57.17%, that is, 95,382 stocks.
