Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) registered the growth of 20.7% in the first half of year 2008, while its consolidated premium amounted to 4.22m EUR.

The profit of the Group (before taxation) was also increased by significant 33.9%, to 288.34m EUR, which is 73m EUR more than in 2007.
