Capitol Park Sombor to open on September 21

The first modern retail park in Sombor, Capitol Park, will open for visitors on Thursday, September 21, at 10 a.m.

As announced, plenty of fun activities are planned for the day of the opening, as well as great discounts in stores, and singer Zeljko Vasic will have a concert at 8 p.m.

The brands which will welcome their first customers on September 21 are Deichmann, Takko, DM, C&A, Studio Moderna (Top Shop), Nefa Namestaj, Winner Exchange Office, Moj Kiosk and the Galen pharmacy. This will mark the official completion of phase 1 of the project, whereas the Lidl hypermarket will open in 2018.

Capitol Park Sombor is the second project of the British investor Poseidon Group in Serbia. The retail park will be available to over 10,000 citizens of Sombor and citizens of the neighboring municipalities in Vojvodina. Around 100 workers will be employed here.

As investors remind, another big opening in Belgrade has been scheduled for October (Capitol Park Rakovica), and new projects are also being planned in other parts of Serbia.
