BAT to open new production facility in Vranje on September 19 – Value of investment EUR 3 million

British American Tobacco (BAT) will open its new production facility in the Vranje factory on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, OK Radio reports.

A new packing line, adapted to the latest global standards and market demands, will open in the factory in Vranje.

– The new investment of the biggest British investor in Serbia, worth over EUR 3 million, will lead to both the creation of new jobs and an increase in export, which will have a positive impact on the foreign trade balance of the Republic of Serbia and its position within the region – BAT announced.

In May 2016, BAT opened a new facility for the production of cigarettes in Vranje.
