Stocks of Novi Sad-based company "Prodor" on Belgrade Stock Exchange on September 2nd - deadline for applications is August 28

The Share Fund has announced that the package of 61.51% of stocks of company "Prodor" from Novi Sad will be offered for sale on stock exchange on September 2nd at the minimum price of 826,700m RSD.

According to the web site of the Fund www.share-fund.co.yu, total of 1,181 stocks of the Novi Sad company for production of metal structures and structure parts will be offered for sale at the minimum price of 700 RSD per stock.

Deadline for submission of applications for participation in the auction is August 28.

So far, the stocks of "Prodor" have not been traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange. According to the data provided by the Business Registry Agency, "Prodor" registered 173,000 RSD worth of incomes and about 2.1m RSD worth of liabilities in 2007.
