Bojovic formal owner of all Energoprojekt subsidiaries

Napred Razvoj, owned by Dobroslav Bojovic, became the official formal and legal owner of all the Energoprojekt Holding subsidiaries on Friday, September 8, 2017, as the Commission for Protection of Competition had approved the company’s concentration in the market of Serbia, Tanjug learns.

The decision by the Commission, provided for Tanjug as evidence, says that the concentration of the participants in the market, arising from the acquisition of direct control of Napred Razvoj and related companies over Energorpojekt and indirect control over all its subsidiaries through the purchase of 16.67% of the shares, is approved in a summary procedure.

Let us remind that the Central Securities Depository closed the offer by the director of Napred Razvoj, Dobroslav Bojovic, for the takeover of the shares of Energoprojekt on July 31, making him the majority owner of the biggest construction company in Serbia.
