Vlasotinac-based company Vinarska on auction on September 26

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that 70% of capital of company Vinarska - wine cellars from Vlasotinac, will be offered for sale on the auction on September 26th at the starting price of 150.7m RSD.

The company deals with grape growing, trade and catering, and the buyer is obliged to invest minimum 26m RSD in its modernization.

The most important property of the company in Vlasotinac are wine cellars at 3,300 square meters, storage space and restaurant. Total value of the capital that will be privatized is estimated to 628m RSD, that is, 8.2m EUR.
Vinarska has 1000 workers and it registered business incomes worth 322,000 EUR in 2007, while its expenses reached 764,000 EUR.
The deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 75.3m RSD and all interested buyers can apply for participation in the auction prior to September 18.
