Majority package of stocks of "Sloga" from Aleksandrovac on auction on August 20

- The majority package of 67.65% of stocks of trade company "Sloga" from Aleksandrovac will be offered for sale tomorrow (August 20, 2008) on the Belgrade Stock Exchange at the starting price of 38.5m RSD - the Share Fund of Serbia announced.

According to web site www.share-fund.co.yu, total of 54,479 stocks of "Sloga", owned by the Share Fund, will be offered for sale on the auction at the price of 706 RSD per stock.

According to the data provided by the Business Registry Agency, "Sloga" from Aleksandrovac deals with retail trade and its profit in 2007 amounted to 258,000 RSD. The company’s capital was estimated to 76m RSD.

It is stated on the web site of the Central Securities Registry (www.crhov.co.yu) that the Share Fund owns 67.65% of stocks of "Sloga", while remaining 32.3% of stocks are in the possession of minor stockholders.
