Montmontaža Ltd. Belgrade draws plans for trade center on Ada Huja, earlier announced value of investment is 60m EUR

The carrier of this project, MONTMONTAŽA Ltd. from Belgrade, draws plans for a large trade center and, according to some earlier announcements, the complex at 52,000 square meters will be built next to paper factory “Avala ada” on Ada Huja.

The lot was allotted to Croatian company “Mont montaža” at the end of year 2005. That company was founded by business organization Montmontaža Ltd. Belgrade for the needs of the project. On that occasion, 15 ha of land was bought from the Directorate for Building Land, which was followed by the issuing of the first permits for construction of a large trade center.

It was announced on that occasion that the center would be one of the “mental rappers” of Belgrade with large glass central cupola. The investment was estimated to 60m EUR and it included numerous trade contents – supermarket and other types of stores, playgrounds for kids and coffee shops. Construction of 2,500-4,000 square meters of parking lots and garages was also in the pipeline, as well as multiplex cinema.
