The cooperation between the two companies will result in the integration of the Frame cloud-based desktop virtualization with the VMware Workspace One App Express platform. From the technological point of view, it's worth reminding that Frame uses HTML 5 and the DaaS platform to meet the needs of demanding users for starting apps and programs in a browser – which has lead the company to establishing cooperation with big names such as Siemens, Adobe, Autodesk and others.
The big news was also revealed by Frame CEO Nikola Bozinovic, who highlighted on the official blog what the new cooperation would provide for the users of Workspace One and said that he was very excited to realize the said cooperation. He noted that the two companies would work together to change the way Windows apps and programs are run in a cloud space, putting them at the users' disposal in a modern way:
– The technology provided by Frame will be in charge of the new App Express service, all to the end of a simpler running of Windows apps from a cloud, which will be of great importance for the users present in the Workspace One system.
