"Agroživ" owes 60m EUR to Nova Ljubljanska Banka - claims should be submitted prior to August 26

NLB Group will submit 60m EUR worth of claim in "Agroživ's" bankruptcy proceedings prior to August 26 when the deadline for submission of claims expires.

- The lawyers are working on final details and we are going to submit the claim next week, much before the deadline - the unnamed source in NLB confirmed.

NLB, koja još ne daje zvanične informacije o celom slučaju, prema nezvaničnim informacijama, najveći je poverilac "Agroživa" sa oko 50 mil EUR, koliko potražuje matična NLB, a ostatak NLB Continental banka i LHB Frankfurt.

The sources from NLB have confirmed that they expect that 70-80% of the claims will be paid, which is 42-48m EUR, because, unlike other creditors, they have most of their claims insured with mortgages on real estates, machines and equipment, and even something in form of stocks in the company.

- The worst scenario is that we will be paid 50% of the claims - said the sources from NLB and added that the major share should be paid in cash because "Agroživ" operated "pretty normal" at the moment.

People in NLB do not exclude the possibility of partial conversion of claims into the ownership share in "Agroživ", for which NLB, allegedly, already has certain purchase offers, but it still waits for the bankruptcy proceedings to end.
