Offers for concession of Nikola Tesla airport even EUR 100 m higher than expected?
Companies
interested in concession to Nikola Tesla Airport offered far more than
expected, Blic reports. According to this newspaper, bids are even EUR 100 m above expectations.
Among the first four companies that came in contact are the Zurich airport, as well as one Indian, Korean and French company, reports Blic.
Let us remind, Swiss-French consortium Zurich Airport with Eiffage and Meridiam Eastern Europe Investments, Indian-Greek consortium GMR Infrastructure limited and Terna, French company Vinci Airports, South-Korean-Turkish-Cyprus consortium - Incheon international Airport corporation, Yatirimlari ve Islatme, VTB capital infrastructure and Chinese consortium HNA and China National Aero-Technology stepped into race for concession management of Belgrade’s airport.
Subject of concession,
for which the call was published February 20 2017, is financing, development through
construction and reconstruction, maintenance and management of infrastructure
and operators activities at the airport Nikola Tesla.
Recently, the Government of Serbia and Nikola Tesla Airport extended deadlines in the concession process for Belgrade’s airport and new deadline for submission of compulsory bids is October 23, 2017.
