WEG Technology, Serbia, NetWest Financial, Uno royal, Delta M, Marin drive holdings interested in stocks of hotel "Balkan" Belgrade

Company "WEG Technology" from Belgrade gave the best offer for procurement of stocks of Belgrade-based hotel Balkan – 7,953 CSD per stock. That company from Belgrade is ready to purchase 28% - 51% of stocks of Balkan. The starting offer for procurement of stocks of Balkan was delivered by Italian company "Serbia" that offered price of 2,343 CSD per stock, whereas its final offer included price of 4,850 CSD per stock. That company intended to buy 28% - 51% of total number of stocks of Balkan hotel. American company "NetWest Financial" is willing to buy 51% of stocks of Balkan at price of 6,105 CSD per stock.
Belgrade-based "Uno royal" offered price of 5,500 CSD per stock and intended to buy 28% - 51% of stocks of Balkan, as well as Delta M from Belgrade who offered 4,801 CSD for one stock of Balkan hotel. Company Marine drive holdings from the Virgin Islands also wants to buy 28% - 51% of stocks of Balkan at price of 3,760 CSD. Investment Fund Balkan Midland gave up the final bid for takeover of stocks of Balkan.
Estimated value of Balkan, which has two stars and surface of 2,000 square meters, is €1.92m. The State owns 41.4% of stocks of that hotel, whereas the rest of the stocks are the property of minor stockholders.
