Turkiye Halkbankasi provides offer for takeover of remaining shares at Belgrade-based Halkbank

Today Turkiye Halkbankasi has announced intention to take over the rest of stake at Halkbanka Beograd, i.e. 13,24%.

Takeover offer has been published in today’s edition of Danas newspaper.

The first Halkbank representative office in Serbia was opened in 2013 at Terazije, and a branch office in 2015 when Halkbank acquired majority stake at Cacanka.

Halkbank is a universal bank whose activity is focused on support of SME’s, affairs with legal and physical entities, deposits, loans, payment operations in the country and abroad, guarantees and accreditation.
