Privatization of factory "Krušik-tekstilne mašine" on September 19

Privatization Agency has announced invitation for participation in the auction for sale of 70% of public capital in Valjevo-based factory "Krušik-tekstilne mašine" on September 19 at the starting price of 14.04m RSD.

Deadline for submission of applications is September 11. Total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized is 87.7m RSD (1.1m EUR), and the new owner will be obliged to invest minimum 35.9m RSD in the factory.

The most important property of that factory are production hall and storage space at total surface of 5,000 square meters, as well as administrative building at 780 square meters.

The factory's incomes in 2007 amounted to 127,945 EUR, while the expenses were larger and they amounted to 398,879 EUR.
