After a three-week collective holiday in all FCA Group factories around the world (so-called Feragosta), production at FCA Serbia will continue today.

As of today, regular this year's production in FCA Serbia will be organized in two working shifts and usual 450 ready cars of all versions of the Fiat 500L every day will come out of facilities.

Let us remind that a collective vacation in FCA Serbia was preceded by a three-week total work suspension by employees who, among other things, demanded an increase in earnings by around 30% and better working conditions. They received, however, a salary increases of some 6%, which will be paid in full from February next year. They also received a promise that a commission will be formed in mid-September to determine actual situation in production process in relation to workers' remarks that, due to insufficient number of employees, they end up in several operations, resulting in an increasing number of injuries on work.

Employees in FCA Serbia will be able to continue their struggle for higher wages and better working conditions by the end of this year, when the start of negotiations on new collective agreement is announced, which will define their material and working position and status in the next three years.
