Kula offers 24ha on 99 years for construction of thermal swimming pools with sports center

Municipality of Kula has elaborated the project for development of tourism, which includes construction of swimming pool, recreation and spa resort and artificial lake with sports courts, in order to use as good as possible abundance of thermo-mineral waters on this area. For construction of sports-recreation center near Mountain Center, along with artificial lake, on surface of 24 ha, all necessary public utility requirements have been provided – electricity, water and road. The Municipality is ready to rent out that land to the investor on period of 99 years.
