JP Morgan buys dinar securities

One of the biggest American investment banks, JP Morgan, has included dinar securities in the trade and bought them itself on August 11, NBS Governor Jorgovanka Tabakovic stated on August 16.

– This is good news for Serbia and its citizens – she said at the presentation of the report on inflation in Serbia and pointed out that JP Morgan would recommend to other investors to also purchase dinar securities.

According to her, this is proof that the NBS' efforts have provided results, which the citizens will benefit more and more from with each day.

She added that the NBS would continue working on increasing the level of dinarization, but also pointed out that it was a long process and one of the central bank's strategic goals.
