Consolidated profit of Energoprojekt 2.6 times bigger – Operating income rises by 20% in first half of 2017

The biggest local construction company, Energoprojekt Holding, has reported that it realized consolidated operating income of RSD 17.5 billion in the first six months of 2017, a growth by 20% compared to the corresponding period, Wisebroker reports.


Over 64% of the revenues were realized in foreign markets. The consolidated operating profit jumped 2.6 times to RSD 807.2 million in the first six month, whereas the net profit rose by 93.6% to RSD 723.9 million.

The company had net debts of RSD 6.1 billion at the end of June, compared to the end of 2016, when they amounted to RSD 2.2 billion.

The contracting of new jobs worth EUR 296.6 million is planned in 2017, and the first half of the year saw only 18% of the plan realized. At the end of June, the company had EUR 356.4 million worth of contracted, but not finished jobs (EUR 144.4 million in the country and EUR 212 million abroad).

The book value of Energoprojekt shares amounted to RSD 1,859 at the end of June, Wisebroker reports.

The company was recently acquired by Napred Razvoj.
