Minority package of stocks of company "Voćarcoop" on auction on August 19

The Share Fund has announced that the package of 42.14% of stocks of Belgrade-based company "Voćarcoop" will be offered for sale on auction on August 19 at minimum price of 985m RSD. Deadline for applications for participation in the auction is August 14.

According to the web site of the Fund, 17,594 stocks of the Belgrade company that deals with wholesale trade in fruit and vegetables will be offered for sale at minimum price of 56 RSD per stock.

According to the web site of the Central Securities Registry, the Share Fund owns 32.3% of stocks of "Voćarcoop", the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund owns 9.8% of stocks, while remaining 57.9% of capital belong to minor stockholders.

According to the data provided by the Belgrade Stock Exchange, that is the third attempt of sale of the package of stocks of "Voćarcoop" owned by the Share Fund and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund since there were no interested buyers on the auctions organized in January and February when the price of stock was 404 RSD and 269 RSD respectively.

"Voćarcoop" registered 3m RSD worth of incomes and 4.6m RSD worth of expenses in 2007, but, according to the data provided by the Business Registry Agencuy, total loss amounted to 19.4m RSD, while its capital was estiamted to 3m RSD.
