Nikola Tesla Airport has net profit of EUR 11.5 million in first half of 2017

The Nikola Tesla Airport realized a gross profit of RSD 1.64 billion (EUR 13.7 million) in the first six months of 2017, whereas the net profit in the said period amounted to RSD 1.38 billion (EUR 11.5 million).

Total revenues amount to RSD 4.42 billion, with operating revenues standing at RSD 4.33 billion, the Belgrade Airport reported today.

A total of 2,311,893 passengers used the services of the Nikola Tesla Airport in the first six months of the current year, an increase by 9% compared to the corresponding period of 2016.

Transported goods and mail amounted to 10,408 tons, an increase by 24% compared to the first six months of 2016.

All indicators point to the current year's being a year of further growth and development of the Nikola Tesla Airport, the press release says.

Let us remind that the process of choosing a concessionaire for the Belgrade Airport, for which the deadline has been extended several times, is in progress. According to the latest notice, the binding bid submission deadline is October 23, 2017.
