In the period between August 1st and 26th, potential buyers interested in strategic partnership with Bor-based copper combine can visit the units and get familiar with the potentials of Mining-Smelter Basin Bor. After that, a tender should be announced for selection of the company that will become the owner of minimum 70% of capital of RTB Bor on the basis of the joint investment with the state.
As time is passing by, number of the companies that are interested in strategic partnership with Bor-based company is growing. smelters.
One of the conditions is the repayment of RTB Bor’s debt to foreign creditors, which is estimated to about 120m USD, while the minimum investment in rehabilitation of mining and metallurgical capacities amounts to 300m USD.
