The State Secretary of EConomy, Nebojša Ćirić, said today (Augustv 1, 2008) that the procedure for selection of the adviser that would run the process of initial public offer for "Telekom" had begun.

At the press conference that was attended by the CEO of PTT Srbija, Goran Ćirić, he said that he expected that the adviser for "Telekom" would be selected in August and that it would start with work in September.

- We expect that the strategy that will show the real value of "Telekom" in the market will be introduced in the first half of year 2009 - said Ćirić.
