Contract of sale of "Ikarbus" postponed

Contract of Ikarbus privatization was not signed today (July, 31st, 2008) because of technical reasons, even tough the signing was scheduled, according to BETA agency.

Representatives of the Russian 'Avodetal-service' could sign the contract about taking over tomorrow or during the next week, according to Beta source.

39,22% of Ikarbus was offered by tender, which is 149.624 shares in the ownership of Share's fund and the Fund for pension and invalid insurance.
