"Galeb group" to buy "Zavarivač"?

Company "Galeb group" will submit the offer for purchase of 40% of stocks of company "Zavarivač" today (July 31, 2008), says Radoslav Veselinović, the owner of company "Galeb group".

When asked how much he intends to spend on procurement of the Vranje-based factory, Veselinović says:

- I can not reveal the amount because the Law forbids that. However, I expect that our offer will be accepted. If that happens, we will soon start working on reorganization and expansion of work in this factory. That actually means that it will get some significant investments and good social program - Veselinović explains.

He points out that he is a big optimist, as well as that the offer of "Galeb group" is very good for factory "Zavarivač".

- We have studied the operations of "Zavarivač" and we came to the conclusion that, in spite of the debts this factory has, we want to buy it. Concerning the fact that we already have the company that is in the same field of work, it is quite logical that we intend to expand our operations in that field. I am a big optimist and I expect positive outcome - says Veselinović.
